When your website is freezing the customer's computers and taking up too much memory, they aren't going to come back to visit your website again. Boost the speed of your website if you really want to impress your customers and to get them coming back to your website. One thing you can safely remove from your website is Adobe Flash. In the past Adobe Flash was a great way to promote information on your site but today's browsers want speed and they want o get right to the information instead of waiting around for Adobe Flash to load. Keep the images on your website small in order to make the website easier to load. For some of the larger files, offer them in PDF format so your customers can download them and view them later.

Search feature
Every website that has more than 2 pages should have a search feature. Search features help to limit the amount of time your customers waste trying to find the information they need. Installing a search feature is a great way to strengthen your customer relationships as you are going the extra measure to show them that you are trying to help make their life easier. Google offers a free search feature you can use on your website to help match your customers with the information they are seeking.

Better information
People come to your website for a certain purpose. Most of your customers are on the hunt to purchase your products or to learn more about your services. You need to check on the amount of information you are providing to them. Are your customers able to learn more about the product from the product description? The initial information must be short, then when they click on the description to learn more you need to focus more on descriptive information. Remember the product description is your sales staff. This will not only hook your customers in, it will commit them to a sale if you write it correctly by using the right outline and verbiage. Not only should the product descriptions be descriptive, you also need to take a look at the way in which you are displaying the products on your website. Do you have small and large pictures of the product? You want to give your customers multiple looks at the product as it will help to commit them to a sale.
