Your existing customers give you about 80% of your total sales. They are the real reason why your company is in business and you need to reward them with proper marketing tactics and things. Offer them rewards and discounts. Ask the existing customers for some referrals. This is a great way to gain new clients but it also helps you to provide them with some type of reward that they can deem as valuable.

The response people give you typically will fall on the initial headline that they read. That headline on your marketing promotions needs to pop off the paper and needs to captivate their attention right away. When you do this, it gives you the right type of attention and with the proper headline; it's easy for people to share it around. This can make a marketing tactic go "viral" and you can get a nice response from your customers and will be able to boost your sales in a timely manner.

Your key goal is to learn how to focus your efforts on the customers. You need to find out what they want and what they think. The more you learn about them, the easier it will be for you to create marketing promotions that people actually respond to and to really find a way to get people to trust in the company and what you have for sale. Listening will really help to increase the response rate that you get with your various marketing promotions.
