- Listen to what your customers are saying-Improving the relationship with your customers is not just about talking to them. You also need to focus a great deal of your effort on listening to what they have to say. You want to make sure that you are getting feedback on what your customers have to say about your products and services. You can do this by sending out customer surveys that will help you to find out how you can improve and better meet the needs of your customers. Be sure to ask for their opinions and know that they are looking for. It is only when you have this type of information that you can better respond to what your customers are looking for. When you can do this you will see an improvement in customer relations and see them working to help you market your business.
