Keep in mind that there is lots of competition so you will need to draw them in quickly and then present them with a user friendly website if you hope to establish a customer service relationship with them.

There are many different opportunities where you can gain some free public relations. By being on the look out for these opportunities you can expand your marketing reach and enlarge your customer base for very little money.
