Focus your efforts on other media outlets like print media. Newsletters and brochures are a great way to spread the word about your company and they aren't terribly expensive.

If you have strong media connections, consider talking to them about running a story on your company. A well-written press release is a great marketing tool as it doesn't cost you anything and it could land you on the front page of the New York Times.

Consider the cost of the advertising campaign and the revenue you will receive from it. Are people going to buy enough products to justify spending that much money on your advertising campaign or do you need to use other methods like online marketing? Your sales forecast is vital to the success of your outbound marketing strategy.

Another big part of outbound marketing is customer service. In order to continue making a profit, the company needs to invest enough time into solid training. The employees must be able to understand every aspect of their job and be able to handle a variety of situations in order to help the customers. Since the employees are the ones that deal with the customers and are often in charge of making the sale, you must spend time on establishing good customer service skills.

Use the internet to boost your customer service by creating a question and answer section where they will get instant answers from someone at your company. In today's society, speed is important to people and they expect customer service departments to be fast and efficient.
