It is important to seek out multiple ways to show your customers how much you appreciate their support and service. Have you receive email newsletters from companies you are subscribed to? Do you find value in these newsletters? You need to make sure you are posting valuable information on social media sites. Provide your customers with great information instead of only using the sites to promote your products. Participate in the discussion board, join various groups, and learn from your customers as they also learn from you. Be different from the other companies that are using social media and add a personality to your posts instead of always being on there to sell your products. When customers have positive interactions with your company, it will be easier for them to have a desire to continue working with your company.
