When customers have positive interactions with your company, it will be easier for them to have a desire to continue working with your company.

You need to learn about your customers, what do they like? What are their shopping patterns? Learning about your customers is an important aspect of developing better marketing methods to reach them. Social media provides you with a chance to gather customer opinions. You can also gather customer opinions by sending out surveys and questionnaires to them. The more you focus on learning about your customers, the easier it will be for you to create better products that satisfy their needs.

Positive Interactions
How are you interacting with your customers when they come to your location? Are you listening to them, do you respond positively to their questions? Here are some simple things that will make your interactions with your customers a little bit better:
