The second thing is money. This can be a big resource limitation, especially for small businesses that are just starting up. If this is one of your limitations there are some things you can do. The first thing you can do is to get a small business loan to help you get started. This will help you get the equipment and other resources you need to get you up and running. You will want to make sure though that you shop around and make sure that you get the best rate for your loan. You will also want to pay attention to what type of collateral you will have along with how long the loan is for.

The third thing is employees. You may feel like you need more help but you can't afford to hire someone else. If this is the case you may want to go about looking into what your employees do now. You maybe able to figure out a way to get your employees to do more work without having to hire anyone else. The way to go about this is to examine their work load now and to see if they really make good use out of their time and if not give them extra assignments.

The fourth thing is your business finances. If you can't afford to hire an accountant you will want to make sure that you figure out another way to go about getting your books in order. One way to do this is to get program such as Quickbooks or some other program that can help youkeep track of all of your incoming and outgoing money. You will also want to make sure that you keep track of your receipts. The reason for this is so that you have everything in order at the end of the year and are not having to pay someone else to clean up your mess when tax season comes around.
