You should keep yourself informed of any issues, whether local or international that could affect the way you do business.
  • Use the marketing that has high impact-It becomes extremely easy to use ineffective marketing. You should make it a priority to make sure that you are using the marketing that has the highest impact, for the lowest cost.
  • Make sure sales is the focus-You're in business to sell, but somehow in the day to day running of your company, this can get overlooked.
