How to utilize a MySpace proxy

Here is the scenario, you are at work or school and you have gotten everything done so you decide to take a quick break while nobody is paying attention. You open up a document so that it looks like you are hard at work in case somebody comes by while you are surfing the internet. You open up the web browser and type in the URL for MySpace.com and nothing happens. The browser can not display the web page, your work or school has blocked that web page. What are you supposed to do now?

Many people run into this problem, so computer techs have come up with a way to get around blocked websites. These people have created anonymous proxies that allow you to access blocked web pages from work or school. More and more proxy sites are being created as the most common sites are now being blocked by IT departments both at work and at school.

As the owner or business manager you should have an idea of what a proxy is and how it can be used. By being knowledgeable about the subject you can decide if using a proxy is in violation of your company policies or if you want to allow your workers to surf the internet by using a proxy. Most companies do not allow employees to surf the internet while at work. If your company is one that does not allow this then you need to make it clear to your employees that using a proxy to access the internet while at work is not something your company will tolerate and what the consequences of using a proxy will be.

A MySpace proxy is no different than any other type of proxy, the main thing is that it works with MySpace.com, not all proxies are able to work with websites like MySpace. A MySpace proxy is designed to not only allow you to access MySpace from a restricted computer, but it also allows you to surf the internet anonymously.

MySpace proxies allow users to remain anonymous by using HTTP proxy server software. This type of software blocks the users IP address so that the user has complete privacy and has their security protected. MySpace proxies also remove scripts, cookies and other harmful things from your computer that you can pick up from the internet.

These proxy websites are not just to access MySpace.com and other blocked web sites. Some people use MySpace proxies from the privacy of their home, where they have full access to the internet. Some users do this because they do not want their IP address out on web sites, in other words they just want to have privacy. Other people who use these services include hackers; they hide behind a proxy in hopes of not getting caught because of the massive number of people who actually use proxies.

The following steps are provided so that you can utilize a MySpace proxy.

Step one:
First you need to find a MySpace proxy that will allow you to gain access to those blocked web pages. You can accomplish this task by typing "MySpace proxy" into any search engine; you will instantly get thousands of results. You might want to do this part from home, many companies and schools are starting to block the search words "MySpace proxy", "proxy", "unblocking", and other commonly used words to do this type of search.

Step two:
Now you need to determine if the proxy website has been blocked from your place of work or school. Simply type in the URL for the proxy and hit enter. If the page works you are on your way to accessing those blocked pages and any other pages you wish to visit. If the web page doesn't work you simply need to choose another and repeat the above process. You will need to repeat this process for as long as it takes to find a proxy that your work or school has not blocked.

Step three:
After accessing the proxy's web page you simply type in the URL that is blocked and you are on your way to surfing the internet with nobody being any wiser. After entering the first URL into the proxy web page every other URL you type in will go through the same proxy, which means you can access just about anything you want to from work or school.

MySpace proxies are not always a bad thing and can be put to good use, but when all is said and done MySpace proxies are giving you a way to get around the rules.
