how do I get back deleted emails in hotmail

Most of us use email to communicate. In business or at home we send several emails a day in order to communicate important information. It might be difficult even to imagine trying to do everything without email. It is such an easy method for getting things done, but like most things highly technological, it has its potential problems. Most of us have been working on a computer, perhaps for hours at a time, only to find that what we have been working on is suddenly gone. While we can also easily use papers we write on, an electronic file is almost nothing at all.

It can be erased with the click of the mouse. If the power goes out on the computer you can loose everything you have been working on for days. Most of us have been in this unfortunate situation, although most of us have also unfortunately lost emails we have been writing. This can be just as serious a problem as any other when it comes to loosing electronic files. Emails can have fundamentaly important information in them. Loosing them can be as bad as loosing your house or your car. But how do you get them back. Many computers have a trash bin that holds deleted files on it after you have deleted them individualy. So can you retrieve emails when they have been deleted? Can get back deleted emails from a hotmail account?

This is actually a slightly complicated question. In most email programs, when you get rid of an email, when you delete it, it should go to the recyle bin. This is not always the case, but it often is. If, however, you empty the recycle bin with the email files in it, you will not be able to retrieve them.

It should be noted, however, that not all programs will delete their emails in the same way. The problem with Hotmail or Yahoo, for example, is that the emails are not downloaded to the computer, but are kept on the actual server. This means that it could be very difficult, if not impossible, to retrieve your hotmail emails. You could attempt to contact the email program, but the chances are that what you have lost is lost. One way to protect agains this is to actually store your emails on your computer. Every time you close your email, make a back up file of important emails.

It is thus difficult to say if there is actually any real way to retrieve these emails. The best approach is probably to realize that you could loose these emailsand not get them back, and so to prepare for problems. Make copies, or even print out important emails so that they do not get lost. We put a great deal of faith in electronic file systems, and perhaps too much faith.

When something goes wrong we get angry, but we don't realize that an electronic file is mostly just a little bit of electricity and some sort of disk. They can be lost quickly and easily. Another option is to use an email program that actually downloads the emails to your computer so that there is some sort of record. However, the problem here is once again that these are only electronic files. If you want to keep them as electronic files you should keep several different copies in different places. Put them on disks and hide the disks. By this method you can have some sort of reasurance, although as said before,it is not a surety. Be careful with your emails on hotmail!
