Employees can recognize their own happiness when the office is a place that is fun and uplifting.

As you laugh and make the office into a place that is fun and uplifting, your employees will also start to tell jokes and they can start laughing as well. This helps to make everyone have fun and to recognize that they need to relax once and awhile. Laughter helps to put things back in perspective and it helps people to remain calm.

This type of inspiration for creativity can assist in building up the confidence level in your staff and this can really help to reduce peoples hesitation to new job duties and other things that you may talk to them about. Since "change" is always a scary topic to people, it helps to bring out laughter to reduce this tension and the fear of the unknown in your staff members.
