You will want to make sure that your employees have an input on what is going on in the plant and always make sure to let them know that there is always room for improvement so if they have an idea let them know that you are always up for suggestions. Even if an employee comes to you with an idea that you know is not going to work do say that right off the bat. Turning down an idea from the get go will only make employees less likely to come to you with an idea. Because of this you will want to make sure that you tell them that you will look into and see if it is a possibility. This will help your employee feel like they are needed and that you care about what they have to say. If an employee feels like they are part of your company they will be more willing to work harder and be more honest and look out for your company then if they just feel like they are a number and are not notice.

The third example is your finances. You want to make sure that you have a routine on how you do things even your finances. You want to make sure that you pay attention to your finances so that you know where your money is going and how much is going where. This will help you to know if you are spending too much money on things or even if you are double paying for things that are not needed. Knowing where your finances are will help you save money in the long run if you keep consistent and know where you stand all of the time.
