Fitness for Teen Girls:
Something that would be a major help for girls that are in their teens would be to help them focus on fitness. Rather than focusing on what they do not have that other girls do have, focus on taking care of what they do have.

If women could learn to take their fitness into their own hands and not worry about any of the other girls than there would be a lot less problems for them. They would learn that they are in control of themselves and they would learn to love their bodies as they learned to take care of them

A key thing would be for these girls to first take control of what they eat. Many of these girls feel that they cannot have fattening sugary foods and so what happens is that because they feel that they cannot have them, they over eat them.

They need to realize that it is okay to eat sugary fat foods. You just do not want them to be the bulk of your diet. If they can choose to eat healthy foods eighty percent of them time, then they can eat their treats the other twenty percent of the time without worrying about it.

If they are choosing to eat healthy most of the time then they do not need to be embarrassed when they eat treats. Their treats will actually be more enjoyable for them to eat.

Another thing these girls need to focus on is exercise. This tends to be a problem because they feel that the only people who exercise are people that are fat and old. It makes them feel dumb to exercise because it makes them feel that it is proof that they really are fat and need help.

If they could instead learn to think of exercise as a good thing and a fun thing, they would learn to do it because they enjoyed it rather than because they feel they have a problem.

It would be helpful for these girls to find types of exercise that are fun for them and seem more like fun activities rather than exercising to lose their weight.

Things like sports and proven to be a great way for many girls to take exercise into their own hands. If they can exercise while having fun they will enjoy it so much more. It will also help because there are many other kids doing it with them.

Then it does not seem that they are one their own exercising because they are fat (which they may not actually be). They enjoy how they feel while at the same time enjoying the fact that they are part of a team.

Teen girls mainly need to learn to take their health and fitness into their own hands and learn to enjoy it so that they can overcome the pressures of their age.
