They can easily waste a lot of time for the company in the way that they are working. You need to make sure you are really looking to assist in giving them a program to follow so they always have something to do. Some companies place timers on areas so the employees do not fall behind. There are days where people are just tired and may not be fully committed to their job that day but this is not something that should be common. When you have a product that is being sold in the future, you have to really worry about where that money is coming from and what you can do to replenish it in a timely manner.
