For you to have a workflow system that works properly you need to listen to your employees and your customers. Not only do you want to listen but you need to provide customers and employees with the right type of feedback. People want to know that they are being heard by your company and they really do want to be able to see that you are doing something with the information that they have given to you.

Proper resources
You must also work on being able to understand what types of resources your company has available to use. Are you using the right type of machinery and equipment to create products? Are you maintaining the equipment in the right way? You must invest money into the right resources for your company to be able to give your employees the right things that they need to do their jobs effectively. It also increases the quality of your products that you are selling to the customers.
