Using surveys will help you to find out information about your customers so you can market to them effectively. How can you get your customers to answer your surveys so you have quality information to use in order to increase your sales? A survey is a marketing material and you need to be able to use your logo, color schemes, and other things that will match in with the content of your organization.

- Survey length. If you want people to take the survey you need to keep them short. People do not want to waste time on surveys. They want to take them quickly and get on with whatever it is they have going on that day.
