A tracking program should provide you with detailed information about the customers and how you can boost your bottom line. Some of the things that you want to look at will be pertaining to reasons why your customers buy specific products along with other things like linking them up to products that they may like based on the products they have bought in the past. Take a look at the model that Target uses as they have one of the best tracking tools out there to assist in linking customers with products that they may prefer based on past shopping.

As a customer, timeliness is important. People hate to wait around for things. They want to have products delivered on time and they want them in perfect condition. You need to be able to focus your efforts on living up to these expectations. When you deliver consistent results on time, news will spread and people will appreciate it. If you have a reputation of late deliveries, you will end up losing your ability to keep the customers trust.

What is one of the biggest issues that needs to be treated quickly as a customer? One of the things that you need to work on dealing with in a timely manner is customer complaints. If you do not have people responding to complaints quickly, your customers will be irritated and it can damage your company's reputation.
